 THE SUBJECT OF THE SERVICES GIVEN BY US 

 1-ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ACCOUNTING ORGANIZATION 

 In order to provide a system for holding the accounting records within the company ; 

-         To make all the accounting records to be followed within the company and the computer system   

-         Establishment of documentation arrangement 

-         To arrange and form filing system and accounting archive 

-         To form documentation concerning cost accounting and cost reporting  

-         To form accounting department and to make job description
 

 2-FINANCIAL COUNSILING 

-         Services for tax consultancy 

-         To inform and comment on the changes of financial legislation regularly 

-         To represent the company in tax analysis 

-         To deliver opinion for the solutions of tax cases and conflicts , to prepare statement of claims and to represent the company at the negotiations for conciliation at Tax Administrations. 

-         To make the adequate tax planning for the company and to provide the benefit of  the maximum tax advantages   
    

 3-AUDIT OF ACCOUNTING AND ACCOUNTING COUNCILING 

-         Auditing and controlling of the obligatory ledger records due to the law  

-         Auditing and controlling of the obligatory statements and reports due to the Tax and Social Security Organization Legislation  

-         To subscribe the statements and reports 

-         To control and to make the accounting records being hold duly 

-         To provide the education of the accounting department personnel. In this connection, to supply regular in service educational workshops for basic fiscal and financial subjects for  budgeting, encouragement, end-of-period processes, financial analysis techniques, application of free zone etc. 

-         Consultancy for fiscal and financial subjects including accounting on site continuously or by means of communication
 

 4-FISCAL AND FINANCIAL REPORTING 

-         To comment on the company’s monthly activities by using trial balance, balance sheet and profit and loss statements and to produce monthly activity reports 

-         To produce informational and assisting reports due to administration’s requests 

-         To produce and distribute informational comment reports in respect of Fiscal and Financial   Legislation.
 

 5- BUSINESS INCORPORATIN AND OTHER PROCESSES 

-         To fulfill and follow all kinds of incorporation processes  

-         To fulfill and follow foreign capital incorporation processes 

-         To realize and follow the whole legislation procedure due to capital increase, share transfer,        change in address, to establish a branch office and the changes at the main agreement  

-         To organize, to realize and to follow the processes of Joint Stock Company General Shareholders’ Meeting. 

-         To realize and follow the Liquidation, Transfer and Merger processes. 

-         To perform and follow the whole Commercial Register processes.
